The infrastructure for commercial renewable energy delivery

The shared system of record that energy companies, their installers and property owners all work from. From prequalification through design, PPA proposal and grid connection, to live generation.

A platform, not a directory · Hardware-agnostic · Built for the UK

One platform, every stakeholder

Everyone works from the same record

Commercial renewable delivery breaks down when each party holds a different version of the project. Enerwise Commercial is the shared system of record underneath it: a secure environment where an energy company, its installers and its wider participants receive, qualify, design, progress and track commercial solar and PPA opportunities across the whole deal lifecycle. It is infrastructure, not a lead directory.

Prequalify

Prequalify every opportunity on Enerwise Commercial

Every commercial opportunity is prequalified on Enerwise Commercial, with an instant viability verdict before anyone spends time on it. From there the full lifecycle runs on the same platform, so a lead becomes a qualified, designed, costed and grid-screened project without leaving the record.

Each verdict sets out expected yield, grid connection headroom and indicative economics, with the reasons behind it.

The lifecycle

Prequalify, qualify, assess, connect, deliver and monitor

One record carries a commercial site from the first viability check through to live generation, with every stakeholder seeing the same picture.

01

Prequalify

An address or a business name resolves to a site and is checked against your own viability criteria, with a clear verdict and the reasons for it. No silent rejections, and no spend on leads that do not qualify.

02

Qualify

The lead is confirmed and completed on the platform, capturing the consumption, ownership and permissions needed to proceed.

03

Full assessment

A complete commercial design and a costed PPA proposal to your standard, with physics-based yield and self-consumption modelling, financial scenarios, carbon and EPC estimates, an indicative bill of materials, and a grid-connection assessment.

04

Grid connection

G98 and G99 applications prepared across all fourteen GB licence areas, with the application and single-line diagram, ready to submit to the relevant DNO.

05

Deliver and monitor

Connection processing, commissioning records, post-installation monitoring of deployed sites, and reporting dashboards.

One record, end to end

Every stage runs on the same infrastructure, so nothing is rekeyed and no one works from a stale copy.

Who it is for

Built for energy companies, financiers, property owners, developers and the installers who deliver

Enerwise Commercial runs a single commercial site or a national portfolio on the same infrastructure. It is built for the energy companies and developers delivering commercial renewables, for the property owners hosting them, and for the financiers behind the power purchase agreements that fund them. Hardware-agnostic at every step, so the platform has no interest in any one panel, inverter or vendor.

Energy companies and developers

The teams delivering commercial renewables, from a single site to a national portfolio, on one shared system of record.

Property owners

The owners hosting commercial generation, working from the same live picture as everyone else on the deal.

Installers and delivery teams

The teams who receive, design and progress opportunities across the whole deal lifecycle.

The institutions financing the transition

The financiers behind the power purchase agreements that fund commercial renewable delivery.
